  • Nick is a Tulsa native with a sales, marketing, and management background starting in 2001. In 2006, Nick began working with Stan and Tony as a Real Estate Sales Associate. Today, Nick serves as the Managing Broker for Frisbie Lombardi Commercial Real Estate Services.


    Nick specializes in retail, medical, multifamily & office land sales; retail, industrial & office leasing; tenant representation and market analysis; and development planning. Utilizing sophisticated methods of market strategy and demographic study, Nick provides customers with a client-focused ethic, yielding the most effective results with the aim of developing long-term and profitable relationships with customers.


    Nick is a CCIM Designee and board member of CCIM Oklahoma, a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) and a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), has served as the Government Affairs Chair and currently serves as a Past President for the NAIOP Oklahoma Chapter.

    He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Kansas, holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and is an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma teaching real estate fundamentals to students in the Gibbs College of Architecture studying Urban Design.

  • Tony started his ventures in 1974 in northwest Florida within the resort-hospitality segment of the industry. He has held positions with the Frates Company (FRACORP), Hardesty Realty Corp. and The City of Tulsa as its Real Estate Director. He has also held board administrative positions with the Tulsa Parking Authority, the Tulsa Development Authority and the Sales Tax Oversight Committee with the City of Tulsa.


    Tony has been an adjunct professor of Business for Tulsa Community College and Oklahoma Wesleyan University. His career has touched all aspects of the real estate industry including marketing and advertising, golf course development and marketing, retail, office, hospitality, residential multi-family as well as single family marketing and sales.

    Tony began the purchase of Stan Frisbie Real Estate in 2006 which became Frisbie Lombardi Commercial Real Estate Services in 2013. He works with a wide customer base to develop marketing, acquisition, disposition, and development strategies with a proven track record of success through the use and application of current best business practices.


    In addition to marketing and sales, Tony has been instrumental in the implementation of programs for local government entities, as well as non-profit organizations in their efforts relating to real estate marketing, value assessment, and the development of strategies for project expansion.
