Pie Five will soon be coming to the Owasso area.
The fast casual restaurant chain, based out of The Colony, Texas, will be located at 9700 N. Garnett Rd., next to Owasso Express Laundry.
Specializing in handcrafted personal pizza, Pie Five’s Owasso site will act as the company’s sixth store in Oklahoma, with the others located in Tulsa, Stillwater, Moore, Yukon and Edmond.
Brandon Birdwell, operating partner for the Owasso site, said he and his team thought Owasso would serve as a model region to open their newest store.
“Pie Five is such a family friendly brand,” he said. “One of the big draws for us to a community like Owasso is … since it’s such a great family market, we thought that Pie Five would be absolutely perfect for it.”
Owasso’s new store will offer locals six unique signature pizzas; four different crust options; six variations of sauces; freshly made salads, breadsticks and desserts; vegan and gluten-free options and more.
“I love the community of Owasso; everyone is so welcoming and friendly,” Birdwell said. “I’ve been excited to bring it here to share with this community.”
Sitting at around 2,200 square feet, the Owasso store, which began construction in April, is set to be completed with a tentative date of mid-August.
