Nick Lombardi named NAIOP Member of the Year

The Scott A. Sanditen Member of the Year award went to Nick Lombardi of Frisbie Lombardi.

Honored for the Deal of the Year was the CommunityCare office lease, handled by Jared Andreson and Scott Schlofelt of Cushman Wakefield and Bill Daniels of Daniels Greer.

Health insurance firm CommunityCare announced in the fall that it was relocating to Williams Center Tower II, 2 W. Second St.

Wiggins Properties was recognized for the Redevelopment Deal of the Year for the Palace and Podium buildings.

In 2017, the Tulsa World and its parent company, Omaha, Nebraska-based BH Media Group, completed the conversion of the then-104-year-old Palace Building into apartments, which are adjacent to the company’s new paper-storage facility.
