Tri County Tech is expanding its services with the May purchase of Jarrett Farm and plans to develop a leadership retreat center there.

In addition to being Oklahoma’s first career tech center, founded in 1968, Tri County is a leader in organizational excellence earning several distinguished achievements both regionally and nationally. As the winner of the highest level quality award in the state of Oklahoma – Leadership in Excellence – from the Oklahoma Quality Foundation and a Best Practices Award for Strategic Planning Processes and Visionary Leadership, Tri County Tech positioned itself to be considered for a national award — the Baldrige.

In 2017 Tri County Tech was recognized by the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence Program as a Best Practice Organization for Leadership and Workforce. The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award is a presidential award, begun by Ronald Reagan, presented annually to organizations demonstrating quality and performance excellence.
